Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the status of your refund after inspection. In some instances, we may need to send the item back to the manufacturer for inspection if a warranty is required.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Specially procured items.
4. Cut to size items (e.g. rope, cable, or hose).
These Not Eligible for Return policies are, of course, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
We Have the Right to Refuse a Return If
● You changed your mind.
● Ordered the wrong product.
● Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
● Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (e.g. the fault was written on the tag or indicated in the item description).
● Damaged the product by misusing it (for example, dropping your mobile phone in water).
● Used the product for a long time and the issue is due to normal wear and tear.
