Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at muhlingmarine.com.au. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us first to discuss your return or reason for return and we will endeavour to help.

Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items Not Eligible for Return:

  1. Electrical items.
  2. Opened or fitted items.
  3. Specially procured items.
  4. Cut to size items ie rope or hose.

These Not Eligible for Return policies are of course subject to Australian Consumer Law.

We have the right to refuse a return if:

  • changed your mind
  • ordered the wrong product
  • found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online
  • damaged the product by misusing it – for example, you dropped your mobile phone in water
  • used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
